 Sorbsan Plus and Sorbsan Plus SA consist of the standard Sorbsan Flat (wound contact layer), with an added secondary absorbent layer allowing for greater absorption capacity. Sorbsan Plus is a non-adhesive dressing with a blue outer layer identifying which side is placed on the wound (blue side up). Sorbsan Plus SA is an adhesive dressing with an adhesive backing (water and bacteria proof), making it more useful on mobile patients.
